Kavfind.exe error message

Can anyone help?

Loaded SP4 today and now getting the same error message
every 5 minutes. Program Error: kavfind.exe has generated
errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to
restart the program. An error log is being created. OK.
I have only internet explorer open - Any suggestions?
