You may want to post in lower case if you don't want to be
treated as shouting, and therefore get fewer answers.
You need to ask your email provider (who is probably also
your internet provider) for their instructions for setting up to
use their email servers. If they haven't written instructions
for Windows Mail yet, use their instructions for Outlook
Express but under Windows Mail instead. The instructions
are probably somewhere on their web site.
If it still doesn't work after you follow the instructions,
show us the entire error messages you get if any when
trying to send and receive. Also tell us what if any
antivirus programs you have if any - some of them
cause such problems.
