Just sold my Vista Desk Top and could not give it away only got $50

Seven months of Vista was enough for me. When I tried to sell it I
could not even give it away. I got $50 for it. Have been using XP for
last two months and it is way better.
When I buy a new computer it will be Linux. BG & Mirco can take a
hike.

How come everyone's having so much trouble with Vista? I'm a 65-year-old
woman who is having none with my Vista (Home Premium) desktop machine. Have
it networked to our XP SP2 desktop and my husband's laptop. I started with a
Commodore 64, back in about 83, but am no techie. Are most folks just that
afraid of change?

Vista isn't change; it's a hobbled XP with a little eye candy thrown in.
If you really want change, try Ubuntu and move up to a real operating
system. Get it a www.ubuntu.com
