just one website (singaporeair.com) will not display

I have 2 'puters, one with XP, the other with 98SE, on local network with a
router. The XP 'puter will not display "singaporeair.com" on IE7 or Firefox,
the 98SE 'puter works fine. Everything else on the XP works fine, even
"www.a380.singaporeair.com". I've tried switching off phishing and popup
blocker, cleared all cookie and temp files, history etc. Also tried
"RUN/CMD/tracert 88.221.41.237",get "request timed out".

It is just this one website which gives me "Internet Explorer canot display
the webpage"

any help much appreciated

Works OK on my XP PRO SP2 box, with Mozilla v1.7, with Firefox v2, and with
IE v6. I can't tell about IE v7, since that was tried and evicted.
