hi, i installed windows xp yesterday...

everything went smoothly...

i tried to install starcraft on my computer, and it came
up with an error message stating "Unable to create
directory C:/documents and settings/all users/?? ??.
Installation aborted. Error
123: ?? ??, ???? ?? ?? ?? ??? ??? ???? at DiskUndo.cpp
line 456"
i have NEVER encountered anything like this before...

also, found another problem with windows xp...i
downloaded and installed winzip as usual, everything went
fine, but went i tried to extract files that were zipped
up, it came up with an error message stating "Could not
change to C:Documents and Settings DK ?? ?? - closing C:
Documents and Settings DK blablabla.zip"

i reinstalled windows xp to see if that fixed the
problem, but didn't seem to help...please email me back
with solutions...much appreciated...thank you...

XP has it's own native zip program, I have seen problems arise when
WinZip has been installed in tandem with this.
Just uninstall WinZip, see if the problem disappears.
