Just installed Norton FW but cannot access internet from other account profiles

Hi,

I hope someone may be able to help.

I have just installed Norton 2004 Internet Security \on
my laptop which seemed to have worked fine.

Although when trying to access the internet from other
user profiles on Win XP. The Norton logo flashes in front
of the screen and it then tries and makes the user sign
up for Freeserve (my internet provider again).

Any suggestions greatfully received.
