Just in time debugging

I probably posted this question to the wrong newsgroup
the first time. I believe I'm in the right one now. Ever
since I installed windows xp home upgrade I've had this
just in time degging pop up scrip debugger comes up all
the time. I'm hoping someone out there can help me
disable this or at least show me away around it. Once it
pops up i am unable to shut it downAll I can do is run
the program hit "break" and minimize it. All suggestions
are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance to one and

Internet Options> Advanced. Turn off script debugging. Turn off
notification of errors.
