junkmail folder conv to plain text. how can set view to HTML

for some reason the junk email folder now displays mail in plain text rather
than HTML as it did previously with me having to right click to get the
pictures.
how can I change the settings for this folder so I receive and view the
messages in HTML not plain text.
This does not affect other folders eg. delete folder. when I send the
messages to the delete folder they are viewed in HTML!
Not a mager problem - can live with it - but annoying to change without my
actioning it!

This is a change that has been made in Service Pack 2 as an extra level of
protection.

Press the info bar "This message has been converted to Plain Text" to toggle
it to HTML

This is a security feature of the latest SP for Outlook. If you need
to view these messages in HTML, you must move them out of the Junk
E-mail folder.
