Junk Mail HELP!!

I have certain senders whose mail keeps going to the junk mail folder even
tho I have repeatedly put them on the safe senders list and added the domain
to the safe domain list!!!

What else can I do???? Am I missing something? The senders and domains
appear on the safe lists, but it keeps happening.

Anyone have the same problem? Any solutions???

Ensure that the addresses do not also appear in the Blocked list and or
international lists at Tools>junk mail options?
Set the filter to Low.
 
Thank you. the filter was set to low, but one of the names was on the
blocked senders list. don't know how it got there, but I took it off.
