Junk mail from a single domain, but the name of the sender change

I want to stop junk mail coming in that is coming in from a single domain.
The sender's name is changed to defeat the "block sender" filter. How do I
block email from a domain?

Outlook 2003 lets you add domain names, not just individual addresses, to the Blocked Senders list.
