Junk Mail Folder not accessible

My Junk Mail Folder is suddenly showing 4294967295 mails. When I click on
the folder, it says it's empty. When I request the "empty Junk Mail Folder",
nothing happens.

Please advise!

Start-> Run; outlook.exe /resetfolders
