Junk filter

Outlook 2003 SP2, Win XP
My preference for the junk filter (High) doesn't stick. Whenever I open
Outlook, it has reverted to None.

Any clues? Thanks
 
Are you using any external spam-catching utility or are you connected to a
corporate network where a policy might be changing your settings?
 
Yes. Panda Software. It used to work and suddenly stopped. Don't think I
purposely did anything new.
