junk email filter is not working properly

I recently got a new computer with outlook 2003 on it. Suddenly a lot of the
email that I would normally receive in my in-box started going into my junk
email box. Though I have repeatedly marked the mail as NOT JUNK EMAIL or Safe
Sender it continues to place a lot of my normal in-box email into my junk
email box. How can I resolve this as it is driving me crazy and I am missing
important email because I forget to check my junk email box!
 
Do you have the latest updates applied?
Also make sure you haven't placed yourself in the Blocked List. Clearing the
Blocked Senders list is a good place to start and set the Junk Email filter
to Low.
