Junk & Adult Content Filters Not Working Consistently

In spite of routing spam to junk or adult content senders
& updating my filters.txt file with new terms (Viagra,
etc.), I receive an excessive amount of spam with the same
terms included in the subject line and/or message body.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I'm running Outlook
2000, SR-1.

I see the same inconsistent crap in 2003. I have filters to remove
entire domains, yet many messages slip through and they are NOT on safe
lists.
