Jump Menus - Indepth Description

For some reason I can't figure this out. Can someone give me a step by step
"tutorial" on how to add target frames in Jump Menus on Frontpage 2003?

The FP 2003 Jump menu behavior only supports opening in current window or in a new window
- to target frames you need to modify the FP generated scripts
- or use a std JavaScript jump menu that supports frames
