.js files

I am new to Vista so please be patient with me. I unzipped a website
template package. In it are .JS script files. Windows will not let me move
this file! I get the error message: "Windows found this file to be
potrntially harmfull to protect your computer, windows has blocked this
file". How can I get around this? I need these files. Thanks in advance!

Unblock the file: Right-click the .zip file and select Properties. Root
around the property box for an "Un-Block" option probably on the lower part
of the property sheet.
