jpg show up as package

I have been reading all day on this and still cannot resolve this
issue. I have a database built in Access 2000 and upgraded to 2003.
Now when I add photos, they show up as a package and I have to right
click on them to activate them and show the picture. I have installed
Photo Editor on the server where this is hosted, but I still have this
problem. Everyone access the database via remote desktop. Thanks!
 
Assuming that you're using an "OLE object" field to store the images.

That was has lots of problems. Better to store the path and file name in a
text field. The use code to show the image in forms and reports.

Not able to write the "how to" from memory, but this has been covered a lot
in these access forums in 2007 and 2008. Probably in the programmin
formum, possibly in this one or form design.
