jpg finder

Sometime ago I downloaded a program that searched all my drives for jpg
images and put an icon on the task bar.
Afterwards I was able to type any name in a box and it immediately found all
the images with that name in the title.
Accidentally removed this program and don't know its name.
Would be pleased if anyone knows what it is or any similar program.

It is Picaso.
