What happens when you dub click a jpg.

Have you tried right click on the photo and select openwith and pick the
program you want to use..?
 
a while back I had a problem opening saved jpegs.
some ome on this group explained how to g into regedit and change some
settings. just got new computer and have got the same problem but can't
remember how to do it.
hpoefully someone can help again.
