JPEG Pictures to TV VCD Freeware

In case there's anyone else, like me, who has an oldish version of Irfan
View, you may be interested to know that if you have Nero installed you
can use latest Irfan View program to convert your JPEGs to a Video CD
movie that can be played on (most) standalone DVD players.

It works a treat. Virtually a single click.

Make sure you download the plug-ins.

if I remember correctly, VCDEasy does it too
