Jpeg dll installation ?? Anybody ??? HELP !!

I get a warning window on each user name from SVCHOST.
It reads; Sorry, Jpeg dll not found. You must reinstall this program.

I can close the window, but it pops up 4-5 seconds after it's closed,
continuously.

Most likely, that message refers to "Jpeg.dll" (note the dot).

"Jpeg.dll" does not belong to WinXP - files having that name come with
many applications and with Sun Java as well. Scan the system for malware
ASAP and ask yourself the question why you allowed unwanted software to
install itself.
