Journal viewer not loaded

for some reasonclicking on some web page links, tries to open windows
journal viewer which has not been correctly loaded onto my machine. The only
option is from the task manager to close down all IE6 applications and start
over. How can I obtain the windows journal viewer software?

search finds many hits.

As I seem to have managed without it myself, I suggest you read a few
hits from a search to see if you really need it or supply a few URLs
that suggest you should have this application.
