Journal reader problem

When I am using outlook express and I go to an address in a message or
article, something called Journal Reader keeps popping up a message to
install the Journal reader. I put in the XP Home instillation disc, and I am
told install can't find the files on the instillation dCD. This happens when
I try to read something with the adobe reader. What is the Journal Reader?
Do you really need it? How do I get these annoying pop up instillation
messages to stop aggravating me?

Go to add remove programs and remove the Journal Reader.
