journal not recording

'Have Outlook 2003 and XP sp2. Ticked all the relevant contact and
application boxes but it just won't do it. It used to work under 2002 about a
year ago but I turned it off after a few months as I wasn't using it.

I've come across many Exchange Server sites where the IT weenies have turned
it off so no matter how many times you turn it on it will not work. Check
with them.

I'll check it out but I'm just a home user. In the meantime it is now working
except for one contact. I disabled a journal plug-in called Time Meter which
may have been the problem
