Minimum requirements to join a computer to the domain is to be an domain
user of the particular domain. Each user can join 10 computer accounts each.
You can go around this by Allow the particular user or the Authenticated
Users group Create Computer Objects and Delete Computer Objects ACEs. Or
Override the Default Limit of the Number of Computers an Authenticated User
Can Join to a Domain.
