PC Review have entered a team into the Find a Drug system, which aims to find possible cures for Cancer, HIV and other potentially treatable diseases by using your spare CPU cycles to "find a drug".
All you need to do is download the free software and let the FAD system run whilst you are using your PC as normal. It basically uses up all of the spare CPU power you have to help calculate a possible cure. Your PC doesn't slow down one bit, and you are helping a charity for free!
Everyone who completes at least one work unit will enter into a draw to win a computer game of their choice (the draw takes place on the 1st October 2005).
