i would really appreciate some help from anyone!

I have Vista basic - with Spyware Blaster, AVG and PC Tools
firewall.
A "conflict with firewall program" is preventing me from seaching for
web updates for Spyware Blaster. It says to check the connection as
well as firewall configuration. My connection is fine. My firewall
had been blocking AVG, but I changed it. Any ideas?

Since PC Tools firewall is third-party, check with them for how to
configure their program. There must be a way to enter exceptions in it.
