Jet direct and HP laser et 2300 HELP

I have a Jet direct and HP laser et 2300 and trying to get it to work
on my home netwoek
I have never used a jet drice or laserjet before.

I have pluged in the card but when i do test print it does not give me
a Ip address and the network hub does not reconise the printer


Can any one help i am new to this

First thing you need to do is read the manual.
