Are you using full Access? (If so, which version? You don't say). Or are you
using the Runtime (which has no form creation tools)?

The error message in your Subject line suggests that you may be misspelling
the name of the query. What name are you giving the wizard?

Thanks

It is MS Office 2003 I use form cretion tools /New Form->Form Wizard-Choose
the table/. But there is just a available field /key/ come in. Then after two
step following message appears

" The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or
query 'doc_tblObjects'. Make sure it exists and that its name is spelled
correctly"

In process import data /.xls/

"The wizard is unable to access information in the file 'c:\...' Please
check that the file exists and is in the correct format"

There is nothing wrong file name and format

Is there in fact a table named doc_tblObjects? or is it simply named
tblObjects? I have NO idea what you mean by "there is just a available field
/key/ come in". What are the actual steps you're taking, step by step, and
what message? What tables exist in your database that you're trying to use?
In process import data /.xls/

"The wizard is unable to access information in the file 'c:\...' Please
check that the file exists and is in the correct format"

Might the Excel spreadsheet be password protected, or might it be in a more
recent version than Access expects?
