Jerky Motion

When ever I move a page, scroll or even when the Screen Saveris on, it jerks
in its motion. Its not a smooth transition. It gets even hard to multi task.
Its like there is a closed path somewhere. With all the checking tools that I
have, Registry Machanic, Spybot, Adware, Disk Clean, Disk Defragmenter for
software and PCDiag for the hardware, I can't find the culprit causing the
problem. Come someone out there help?

Did you install any new video drivers lately?

No Hardware or Software since mid summer.

No Hardware or Software since mid summer.

Check to see that the video drivers fro you card are loaded and that
the color is set to 16bit or more. It may have changed without you
knowing it. XP auto update had put a geforce driver on mine that it
did not like.
