jdbgm virus?

I received an email with a virus that was quarantined.
The sender sent me an email warining and mentioned
searching for some file named jdbgm.exe. The word is that
it hides in a file for about 14 days and then destroys
your OS. Does anyone know if this file name is needed to
operate XP? I found it in a system file.
ASAP please.
