JavaScript problems

Hi, I have some problems with IE. It seems to refuse to
execute certain JavaScript commands. For example, in the
internet Outlook client, I cannot compose a new message.
I click on the link, and it just doesn't do anything.
It's not a popup blocker, because I turned it off.
Certain JavaScript commands won't execute, others will.
I have no idea how else to describe it, it's so wierd.
Please help!!!
