Javascript Problem

I am receiving a javascript error that I have never seen
before and cannot find out what it means. The error
is "Library Not Recognized". Can someone provide some
insight into what this error means? I have MSIE version
6.0.2800.1106CO

Check you Java, it may be damaged or you need a new version.
