javascript help

I am having a problem with anything that uses a javascript, i have
reinstalled the latest java plug in, ran spyboot and cleaned the computer
and it is if anything that displays a javascript in front of it on the lower
lef tof the IE will not click at all. Thanks for the help.

Java has nothing to do with JavaScript.
