Java Virtual Machine

I have attempted to access a particular live data
website. It has fialed to loac frequently or if it, took
a very long time to do so.
The Support staff reckoned that I need a "Java Virtual
Machine" installed on my pc. I downloaded the software
from their website but could not get int installed.
The file name is "msjavx86XP" and when I attempt to
install the file, the error message is "msjavx86XP.exe is
not a valid Win32 application".
Has anyone have similar problems/experiences? If so, how
do you resolved it or where do you download the
appropriate valid application? Thanks.

Test the authentic Sun JAVA virtual machine, from http://java.sun.com/getjava
