Java uses 90% resources

Java applets such as yahoo mail beta,Runescape,POGO cause the browser to use
between 80 and 90 percent of cpu.I have been working this for days.I have win
xp and IE7.This also happens on all profiles and with evry browser i have
tried ie. Firefox,Opera and Netscape.I have tried re-installing both sun java
and MS JVM even cleaned registry of every instance.

Hwen i open a couple tabs with one tab on runesape or pogo.WHen i close the
Pogo or runescape tab the browser uses only about 1% CPU resources

Please help any info would be helpful

Using latest Sun Java ?: You may have a Java specific infection that
a number of AV products tend to miss. I would go to Trend Micro's
home page and run their on-line scan.

Also use the Java applet in Control Panel to delete your Java Cache.
