I have a number of listings for j2se runtime environment updates in
Add/Remove Programs - each takes up over 100mb. I'm running low on
space on C: drive - is it possible to remove some of these updates? I
have listed updates 6,9,10 and the program itself - SE v. 1.4.2_03
which is about 107mb in size.

Each of the updates takes up about 119mb.

Thanks,
Mark

Yes, and in fact you should. Use Add/Remove Programs and uninstall all
the older Java versions. You should only have the newest one from the
website below. You want the one in the middle of the page for the end user.
