Every time I go to Pogo Games it tells me to install Java. But it has been
installed and reinstalled and it still tells me Jave not found. How do i
correct it?

You need to check with Pogo tech support to resolve this. My guess: Their
server is checking for a specific version and it's not the same one that
you have installed.
