Java Code for New popup (enlarge) Advertisment.

I'm interested in what type of code it takes so that you can have popups
occur when the mouse moves over a word. This is becoming more and more the
method used in advertisment. It seems that there is a new standard that is
different than the normal Hyperlinks. The words have a double underline and
links to a type of popup. I know its some sort of JavaScript. I viewed the
source but don't really understand some it.

Review the following link for examples:

Thanks

I have been reviewing that website already.
My browser always stops the ActiveX. I always have to go to the top bar of
my browser, left click and allow the popup. Is there a way to allow that
all the time? Is that dangerous?

I have my settings set up in a way that I do not get that error message.

There is an Microsoft Internet Explorer Newsgroup that would probably be
better for that type of question - but that also begs the question: would
other users be able to see it?

However, look at the source code, Microsoft (in the sentence):
Microsoft confirmed officially that Windows XP Service Pack 3 will be made
available for download in the next couple of weeks.

Does not show anything.

Take a look at http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/3637 and
http://www.hitormiss.org/2001/06/25/how-to-disable-smart-tags/ for some
information
