Java and XP Pro

I have recently upgraded to XP Pro and I have a problem
with Java.
If I try to access financial sites for real time stock
info I get the message "JAVA DISABLED" or the page will
not load.
I have Java enabled in internet options, I have tried two
browsers, I have downloaded Java 2 from Sun, I have tried
with firewall disabled, all to no avail.
Now I have run out of ideas. Please Help.

Had the same problem. has to do with java and ms and
copyrights. Go to the java site and you can download a
runtime program that worked for me.
