Java and Dynamic Web Template

It has been suggested that the J-Bots flowing menu could be used in a
dynamic web template. I have tried but only get a java error when attempting
to open/view a page in a browser with the dynamic template attached? We have
a very large education site and need this feature to work. Any ideas would
be appreciated.
