Japanese Language Pack

It Has been instaled but when i instaled japan program it looks like strange
writing i think like an alien languange
why japanese language didn't support the japanese language instalation ?
any one can tell me ???????

Are you aware that language pack is not needed in order for one to write
Japanese or display text in Japanese? All you have to do is to set
Vista for the above. To do this go to Control Panel and open Regional
and Language, and change system locale to "Japanese" and add "Japanese -
Microsoft IME". The former is done on "Administrative" tab and the
latter is on "Keyboard and Languages" tab.
BTW: The language pack needs be installed if one wants to have menu,
dialog box and help files are displayed in that language.
