Jammer2nd - please, how to remove

I have the Nesky worm (jammer2nd). I know this because
Zone Alarm has asked me if I want to allow it to access
the internet. I said no.

I have searched to the file, 'Jammer2nd' and it is there
but I can't delete it.

Could somebody help please?

I have searched on various sites (including Norton) and I
need an idiot's guide on how to do it, please!

And I don't understand how Norton didn't pick it up. I
have Live Updates' on.
