Works great.
If your gonna customize it be prepared to spend a little time with it.
JAlbum has excellent instructions for it's overall use, then each Skin designer takes it a step further with their own instructions. There's also forums on their sites.
E.T. turned me on to JAlbum, she knows more than I do...but you can see what I have done on http://www.balletandfriends.org ...go to the Photogallery pages.

oops forgot...
not a problem IMPORTING the results into FP...you'll need to do some minor tweak-age...but it's no biggie.

best way to go <imho> is to let j-album do it's thing. then in FrontPage
just do file/ open web. browse to the folder j-album just made and open it
as if it were a web, letting FrontPage make it's changes etc.
then you can just publish it as a subweb to the main web you want it in.

Yah, I tried that too, but I didn't want to do a subweb on that particular website. Mainly because when I inherited it it had two subs and it was a major headache to figure out what the previous 95 webmasters had done...and I don't want to leave that kinda legacy for my successors (its a volunteer position-like I had time to volunteer!).
