ARE THE IUSR AND IWAM USERS AUTOMATICALLY CREATED OR DO
THEY NEED TO BE CREATED? - I DON'T RECALL CREATING THEM
AND THEY ARE THERE - WHAT ARE THEY USED FOR AND CAN THEY
BE DELETED?

They are created and used by IIS [Internet Information Services suite of
products]
they are normal accounts
if you dont use IIS you dont need them but if you do
ensure that are secure from outside hacks
