iview error message

I am running Windows XP home edition. I have a program
that works just fine except when I click on one of the
icons in the programs menu. I get the following error:ole
error code 0x8004006d:objest does not support iview
interface..Like I said the program works fine other then
this. When I get this error the program crashes. Is there
something in the program or the OS? Does anybody have any
ideas?? The program works fine on other windows operating
systems..including Windows XP Pro.Thanks for all your
help....Jim

Try downloading and installing the latest version of Irfanview
(www.irfanview.com). You may be running a very old one.
