IUSR_ABC W3SVC Event ID 100

Hi all:

I upgraded Windows Nt 4.o PDC to Win2k SP4. I get Evnt ID
100 messages " The server was unable to logon the windows
nt account IUSR_ABC (where ABC s the server name) due to
following error. Logon Failure: Unknown user or bad
password.

I think I should delete this account, Are there any other
accounts that should be deleted.

Question:
I am constantly getting w32Time Errors Event ID 54.
"The Windows Time Service was unable to find a doamin
controller. A time and date update was not possible."

This particular server is the doamin controller.
Previously I ahd used the command "Net time \\abc /set /y"
and thi serror went away. I did the same command on on
other two servers ABC 2001 and ABC001.

Please advice.

you need to configure the server to sync with an external time source. the
other computers in the domain will sync with the DC. on the DC do a
net time /setsntp:tock.usno.navy.mil
or what ever time server you want. if you ISP has one use theirs.
For the Iusr_ABC error i would uninstall IIS and then reinstall it. make
sure no apps are using the internet guest account. then reinstall it.
