ItunesSetup.exe and swsetup - HELP!

i've just run a program to find duplicates on my pc. the folder
"c:/swsetup/itunes/" contains about 20-30 folders like "37" "AR" BR"
"CH" "CS" etc. in each of these folders there's an itunessetup.exe
(about 20megs) file. what is that??? did something mess up on
installation and can i safely delete these files? it's a total of
nearly 600 megs. please help!
