iTunes Trouble

I have just downloaded my iTunes from my cd i got with my iPod nano. When I
click the link for iTunes, it shows up for a brief second. I have tried to
uninstall and reinstall the program but it just doesn't work.. help please

i got an ipod nano for xmas and have been trying to get my pc to recognize it
when i plug it in. i have windows xp professional v2002 service pack 2 on my
think pad & my machine refuses to recognize the nano. the apple "genius bar"
techies haven't been much help; they couldn't figure it out. so i was
wondering if there was anyone else out there who has a nano & the same system
& got the two to work. thanks!
