itunes launching

I use Itunes regularly but today I cannot get in. I keep having an error
message. It says Itunes cannot run it has detected a problem with audio
configuration??? Can anyone help?

I don't know what might cause that, but if you can't get it to work, you
might try going to the control panel-Programs and Features and try doing a
repair. This worked when I installed Nero over iTunes concerning the
Burning capability in iTunes.
